Digital Products

Current products offered on this site are delivered digitally at the time of purchase. No shipping is required. Upon completing your order you will receive an email with download access to your purchased files. There is no shipping cost or wait time for digital orders.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at contact@hxhmusic.com within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue promptly.

This Shipping Policy governs any physical products that may be offered now or in the future.

Physical Products

Where physical products are offered — including symbolic apparel, sacred journals, or printed scores — all items are made to order through trusted print fulfillment partners. The following policies apply to those orders.

1. Fulfillment Time

Each item is made to order upon purchase. Standard production times vary by product type and fulfillment partner:

- Apparel & Merch: 2–7 business days

- Books & Journals: 3–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your item ships, including tracking details when available.

2. Shipping Time & Carriers

After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are:

- United States: 3–7 business days

- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other local partners depending on location and item.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item type, weight, and delivery location. Some products may ship separately if fulfilled by different vendors.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, global supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, or natural or political events. We will keep you updated if significant delays arise.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend verifying your address, checking with neighbors or your local post office, and contacting us at contact@hxhmusic.com. We will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen items without evidence of carrier error.
