At HXHM Enterprise LLC, we are committed to offering spiritually inspired, artistically crafted products and experiences. Due to the nature of our merchandise and digital offerings, we maintain the following refund and return policies.

1. Digital Products (PDFs, Scores, Downloads)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods — including sheet music, listening guides, eBooks, and downloadable content — all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

If you experience technical difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at contact@hxhmusic.com within 48 hours of your order and we will resolve the issue promptly.

2. Physical Merchandise (Apparel & Print Products)

Where physical merchandise is offered — including clothing, accessories, and print books — all items are made to order through third-party fulfillment partners. Because each product is custom-printed upon request, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@hxhmusic.com with:

- A description of the issue

- A clear photo of the item

- Your order number

We will work with our fulfillment partner to offer a free replacement if the issue is due to a production error.

3. Online Courses and Educational Content

Where online courses or paid educational series are offered, enrollment is non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing your course or materials, please reach out for support. We want to ensure your learning experience is smooth and meaningful.

4. Subscriptions and Communities

Where subscription-based or community platforms are offered, cancellations are managed through your account settings on the respective platform or by contacting us directly for support.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to investigate and resolve issues directly whenever possible.
